He believes in family, the power of individuality, healthy infrastructures, creativity, and creating atmospheres of caring to create institutions making a difference in the world. He brings over 20 years experience in Human Services and small business, including 10 years in education, to his coaching and consulting work.
David specializes in tapping into collective knowledge through enhancing the relationships that exist in an institution/business ― learning how to “put our stake in the ground” and encourage others to do the same ― to create new possibilities and develop capacity.
