Julie is a founding partner of Breakthrough Learning Associates, a network of learning facilitators who provide a combination of executive coaching, facilitation, and consulting services to facilitate transformational change in organizations through leadership skills, teams, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Julie has over 15 years of experience. As coach, she has assisted executives in Asia, Europe and Canada to develop leadership skills. As consultant and learning facilitator, she has worked with executive and cross-functional teams in global corporations, not-for-profit community groups, governments, and international development organizations.
She was recently involved in facilitating multi-stakeholder collaboration in health related issues through Health Canada.
