In 1993 Kate and a colleague founded South House Exchange, a consulting group with extensive experience in international development, human rights, project and
organizational
management and development.
Previously, Kate worked for Oxfam-Canada in public education and government relations, and with CUSO, as Canadian and overseas program manager. She is co-author, with David Kelleher, of Grabbing the Tiger by the Tail: NGOs Learning for Organizational Change, Canadian Council for International Cooperation, 1996.
