Linda Shore is Manager of Human Resources for Metro Vancouver in Vancouver, BC. She is certified with the Justice Institute of BC in Conflict Resolution, has completed coaching training with The Coaches Training Institute, and received her Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria.
She has a unique blend of private and public practice, with 10 years private sector experience including operating unit profit/loss responsibility, and 20 years experience in public sector service delivery and organizational development. Her professional experience includes working with management and unionized staff in varied working environments, providing organizational and leadership development, change management, performance management, staff retention and engagement, mediation, and coaching services.
