Mary is founder, owner and principal coach and consultant of Coaching Alliances Inc. This leadership support firm ― offering coaching, team development and strategic planning ― grew out of her conviction that senior leaders in organizations need a place to reflect, have conversations in confidence, and develop strategies and action plans to move forward.
Mary enjoyed a career of more than 25 years in the Public Service of Canada in senior leadership positions in policy, operations and communications. She is a certified Professional Integral Coach™, a licensee and member of the Integral Coaching Consortium®, a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service of Canada (APEX), the Ginger Group Collaborative Community of Practice, and related organizations.
