Shauna Fenwick
Shauna is a leadership development consultant and coach. Her passion is the development of effective leaders and healthy, productive organizations.
Shauna's work is grounded in a wide and varied experience in Canadian health systems, as a nurse, administrator, educator, volunteer and leader in her professional association.
Her work today is focused on the facilitation of conversations that support the emergence of a positive future.She works with teams and large groups, coaches leaders, teaches leadership at the graduate level at Royal Roads University and in the community, and consults on the development of leadership improvement programs.
