Toby Rabinovitz
Toby is a founding partner of SMC Group, a national consulting company working with non-profits and public sector organizations. She has worked at the community, provincial and national levels within both the public and non-profit sectors in Canada.
Toby has developed her expertise as a facilitator and adult educator, with a specialization in strategic and business planning, board development and participatory evaluation.
Over the past 15 years, she has worked with a number of national organizations that are leaders in the field of volunteerism, civil society and non-profit management. Toby is currently involved in a five-year national evaluation project as well as a number of other planning activities.
