The Gingers will work with you to advance your leadership while helping you build momentum amongst your field of allies -- building and generating collective way-finding and innovation. This is for you if you are leading change within “living systems” where you need to use influence, persuasion and the power of momentum and the wisdom to adapt to forces outside their control. Working in this territory requires skills in influencing the group field, reading the system, and attuning to what is ripe and what is premature. It requires practices in a range of capacities.
