What We Do
As a collective learning community, the Ginger Group Community of Practice blends powerful, cutting-edge systems and analysis with reflective processes and inquiry. With a focus on leadership and learning, we blend experience and research to further explore:
- Interpersonal communication: ideas about ‘generative’ dialogue, active listening and leadership.
- Culture of learning: new ways to increase awareness of ourselves and our actions, build self-esteem, confidence and capabilities for enhancing adaptability, creating success.
- Participative processes: practices to engage people on multiple levels – mind, body, heart and spirit – in exploring issues and ideas that matter most, that will make a difference in the world.
- Systems thinking: seeing the whole and its parts as an evolving dynamic.
