Inquiry & Dialogue
During an Inquiry, we create opportunities to be engaged in active learning based on our own questions, where we are open and curious to new perspectives. The practice of Inquiry draws on the wisdom, experience and unique perspective of everyone engaged. It deepens and expands the collective understanding of profound questions or issues being explored. Engaging in Inquiry is an effective alternative to developing fresh insight into your work that can lead to action.
As a core practice underpinning our work, we:
- create a minimally structured and flexible environment enabling reflection, dialogue, and the surfacing of diverse perspectives
- encourage discovery and a powerful way of learning through co-creating burning questions around what really matters
- invite full self-expression and engagement while being open to new ways of thinking together
- enhance the prospects for
generative, emerging and
novel ideas
